Description

King & Phillip is a prestigious, 27 storey apartment building situated in the heritage heart of Sydney’s legal precinct.

The 92m tall bronze tower has a unique slanted form that maximises solar access to the apartments and reduces overshadowing. Expansive residential terraces provide panoramic views of Hyde Park and the city.

At streetscape level, the building features an elegant sandstone entry colonnade with timber lined vaulted ceilings.
