Opening in 2018 Bannisters Pavilion is the second hotel from Peter Cosgrove, the Sydney-based owner of south-coast icon Bannisters by the Sea. The Pavilion offers 33 standard rooms and two penthouse suites. A spectacular suspended pool is the centrepiece of Bannister’s stunning rooftop.
