Description

The Westmead Innovation Quarter is a world class, 6-Star Green Star rated research hub. The development comprises of 43,000sqm of mixed-use research, health, commercial and retail space spread across two state-of-the-art towers which will become home to the Marcs Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development and the Translational Health Research Institute.

 

Within each building, the large clear span floorplates offer flexibility for a variety of office and laboratory functions with future-proofed technology to support a forward-thinking workforce. The eastern 7-storey tower and the western 12-storey tower share a level 2 basement and central podium. The central podium is lined with cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shop fronts.
